Terms, Privacy and Cookies Policy

Last updated: Thursday, 6 August 2026

These Terms, Privacy and Cookies Policy apply to Ruqya Audio Hub, including our website, app, subscription features, notifications and any related services we provide.

By creating an account, using Ruqya Audio Hub, starting a subscription, or continuing to use our service, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use Ruqya Audio Hub.

1. What Ruqya Audio Hub does

Ruqya Audio Hub assists users with ruqya treatment and recovery.

Depending on your account type, Ruqya Audio Hub may include:

account registration and login;

diary entries;

symptom logs;

progress tracking;

reminders and notifications;

summaries, charts or insights;

free and paid features;

monthly subscription features;

customer support;

other features we add, change or remove from time to time.

We may update, improve, replace, limit, suspend or remove features at any time. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee that every feature will always be available.

2. Important disclaimer

Ruqya Audio Hub is designed for personal organisation, spiritual self-reflection and wellbeing.

Ruqya Audio Hub is not a medical, clinical, psychological, psychiatric, counselling, or emergency service.

Nothing on Ruqya Audio Hub should be treated as:

medical advice;

mental health advice;

a promise of cure;

a replacement for seeing a doctor, therapist, emergency service, imam, scholar, raqi or other professional;

absolute confirmation that symptoms are caused by sihr, jinn, evil eye, or any other specific cause.

Ruqya is a spiritual practice. People may have different views, experiences and interpretations. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, cure, relief, improvement or result.

You are responsible for your own decisions and for deciding whether to seek medical, mental health, religious or other professional help.

You should not delay, avoid or stop medical treatment, mental health support, emergency help, prescribed medication or professional care because of anything on Ruqya Audio Hub.

If you feel at risk of harm, feel unable to keep yourself or someone else safe, or need urgent help, you should contact emergency services or an appropriate crisis support service immediately.

3. Who can use Ruqya Audio Hub

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use Ruqya Audio Hub.

By using Ruqya Audio Hub, you confirm that:

you are at least 18 years old;

the information you give us is true and up to date;

you will use Ruqya Audio Hub only for lawful purposes;

you will not misuse Ruqya Audio Hub;

you will not interfere with the security or operation of the service;

you are using Ruqya Audio Hub for personal use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

We may refuse, suspend, restrict or close an account if we believe these terms have been broken or if we reasonably believe there is a risk to the service, our users, our business or the law.

4. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.

You must not:

share your password with anyone else;

allow another person to use your account;

use someone else's account;

create fake, misleading or duplicate accounts;

try to access data that does not belong to you;

bypass security, payment or access controls.

You must tell us as soon as possible if you think your account has been accessed without permission.

We are not responsible for loss caused by someone using your account because you failed to keep your login details secure.

5. Your diary entries, symptoms and content

If enabled, you may enter diary notes, symptoms, reflections, and other information into Ruqya Audio Hub.

You remain responsible for anything you write, upload, save, export or submit.

You confirm that your content will not:

break the law;

contain threats, abuse, harassment or hate;

encourage self-harm, harm to others, violence or illegal activity;

contain another person's private information without permission;

infringe another person's rights;

contain viruses, malware or harmful code;

be used to provide medical, legal, financial, religious or other professional advice to others.

By using Ruqya Audio Hub, you give us permission to host, store, back up, process, display and use the content you choose to enter as needed to provide, maintain, protect, troubleshoot, improve and develop Ruqya Audio Hub.

You also permit us to use the content, anonymised or aggregated, for research, product improvement, service development, educational content, marketing, and to better understand ruqya-related patterns and user progress.

6. Subscriptions and paid features

Ruqya Audio Hub may offer free features and paid subscription features.

Paid features may include extra functions, tools, or other features described on the pricing page, checkout page, website, app or promotional materials. Some features may be planned, upcoming, beta, in progress or under development. These features may not be available immediately and may be released, changed, delayed, limited or removed at our discretion. We will aim to provide planned features in due course, but we do not guarantee any specific release date, availability or final version of any feature.

Subscription details will be shown before you subscribe.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout:

subscriptions are billed monthly, or yearly;

subscriptions renew automatically each month, or each year, until cancelled;

payment is taken in advance;

subscription access starts after successful payment;

you are responsible for making sure your payment details are accurate and up to date.

Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider we may use in the future.

Your payment may also be subject to the payment provider's own terms.

7. Immediate access to paid digital features

When you subscribe, you get access to paid digital features. By subscribing, you agree that your subscription starts immediately and that once paid access has started, you may lose your 14-day cancellation/refund right for the current billing period, to the extent allowed by law. You also understand that you can cancel future renewals at any time from the billing section.

If you do not agree, you should not start a paid subscription.

8. Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription under the billing section.

Cancelling your subscription stops the next renewal. It does not automatically refund the current month.

If you cancel during a monthly billing period, your subscription will normally remain active until the end of that paid month.

You are responsible for cancelling before your next renewal date if you do not want to be charged again.

9. Refunds

Because Ruqya Audio Hub gives access to paid digital features after payment, we do not usually offer refunds once paid access has started.

This means that if you cancel during a monthly billing period, you will normally keep access until the end of the paid month and will not usually receive a refund for the unused part of that month.

We do not provide refunds for:

forgetting to cancel before renewal;

not using the service;

changing your mind after paid access has started;

cancelling part-way through a monthly billing period;

loss of access caused by your breach of these terms;

features being changed, improved, limited or removed as part of normal service updates;

temporary unavailability caused by maintenance, technical issues or third-party providers.

We may choose to offer a refund at our discretion, but we are not required to do so.

10. Failed payments

If a payment fails, we may:

try to take the payment again;

ask you to update your payment method;

suspend or limit paid features;

cancel your subscription;

restrict access to paid-only features.

You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts unless we agree otherwise.

11. Free trials, discounts and promotions

We may offer free trials, discounts, introductory prices or promotional offers.

We decide the terms of each offer, including eligibility, length, price, features and limits.

Unless we say otherwise, promotions:

are only available once per user;

cannot be transferred;

cannot be exchanged for cash;

may be changed or withdrawn at any time;

may automatically convert into a paid subscription at the end of the trial or offer period if this is clearly explained at sign-up.

You are responsible for cancelling before the end of a free trial or promotional period if you do not want to be charged.

12. Price and plan changes

We may change our prices, plans and features from time to time.

If we change the price of your existing subscription, we will give notice where required by law or by the payment platform rules.

If you do not agree to a price change, you can cancel your subscription before the change applies.

We may also change which features are included in free or paid plans. We will try to make changes fairly, but we need flexibility to improve, maintain, secure and run the service.

13. Service availability

We aim to keep Ruqya Audio Hub available, secure and working properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Ruqya Audio Hub may be unavailable because of:

maintenance;

updates;

technical faults;

internet or hosting issues;

security incidents;

third-party provider issues;

legal or regulatory reasons;

events outside our reasonable control.

We are not responsible for losses caused by unavailability.

14. Changes to Ruqya Audio Hub

We may update, change, suspend or stop any part of Ruqya Audio Hub.

We may do this for reasons including:

improving features;

fixing bugs;

adding new tools;

removing old tools;

security;

legal compliance;

business changes;

supplier or hosting changes;

low usage;

preventing misuse;

replacing features with better alternatives.

If we make a major change that materially affects your paid subscription, we will try to give reasonable notice where possible.

15. Acceptable use

You must not use Ruqya Audio Hub to:

break any law;

harm, threaten, harass or abuse anyone;

exploit or harm vulnerable people;

promote violence, self-harm or suicide;

upload unlawful, offensive or harmful material;

interfere with the service or its security;

reverse engineer, copy, scrape or harvest data from the service;

use bots, scripts or automated tools without permission;

overload the service;

attempt to bypass payment, access controls or security measures;

resell, rent or commercially exploit the service without our written permission;

misrepresent your identity or your connection with us;

use the service in a way that damages our reputation, business or users.

We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend, restrict or close accounts where we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.

16. Our content and intellectual property

Ruqya Audio Hub, including its design, branding, text, graphics, software, features, databases, layouts, templates, icons and selected audio tracks, belongs to us or our licensors, except those widely available online.

You may use Ruqya Audio Hub for your own personal use only.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, lease, publish, reverse engineer or create competing products from our service or content unless we give written permission.

You may not use our name, logo, branding or screenshots in a misleading way or in a way that suggests we endorse you.

17. User feedback and suggestions

If you send us ideas, feedback, feature requests or suggestions, you agree that we may use them without paying you or needing further permission.

This helps us improve Ruqya Audio Hub while keeping product development simple.

18. Account suspension and termination

We may suspend, restrict or close your account if:

you break these terms;

we believe your account is being misused;

your payment fails;

we need to protect Ruqya Audio Hub, other users or our business;

we are required to do so by law;

you create risk for us or others;

we stop offering the service.

You may stop using Ruqya Audio Hub at any time.

You may request account deletion by contacting us at contact@ruqyaaudiohub.com. We will review and process deletion requests in accordance with applicable law. We may need to keep certain information where reasonably required for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute, subscription or legitimate business-record purposes.

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active subscription, so you must also cancel your subscription from your account settings under the billing section.

19. Data loss and backups

We take reasonable steps to protect user data, but we cannot guarantee that diary entries, symptom logs, ruqya logs or account data will never be lost, corrupted or unavailable.

You should keep your own copy of anything important.

We may provide export tools, but we do not guarantee that exports will always be available or contain every type of data.

20. Third-party services

Ruqya Audio Hub may use third-party services to operate, secure and improve the service.

At the moment, we use:

Stripe — Stripe helps us process payments, manage subscriptions, prevent fraud and keep payments secure.

Base44 — Base44 helps us build, operate and provide the website/app, including technical, account and service functionality.

We may make Ruqya Audio Hub available through third-party distribution platforms, including the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Where you download or use the App through such a platform, your use will also be subject to that platform’s applicable terms, conditions and policies.

We may also use other providers in the future for hosting, databases, email, notifications, analytics, customer support, security or other business needs.

Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party websites, services, content, policies or failures.
